The first step is to pick up the phone and tell us what it is that you want to do. We will then arrange a time to visit your home or site and discuss your project in more detail, listening to your aspirations and ideas to help guide the design approach.

The next step is to develop some concept design ideas. We will undertake a detailed measured survey to enable us to produce some existing plans. We will then develop some concept design idea, producing plans, elevations and often 3-D models. We use these plans to provide a budget cost for the project.

We can sit down at this stage and explain our design ideas face to face and take on board your comments/ ideas to help in the design development.

We charge a design fee to cover our time for this stage, which is only payable if you chose not to instruct moon to carry out the building work.
