moon's unique approach blends the traditional roles of builder and architect, through a combination of in-house designers, project managers and skilled tradesman. Every project has an on-site Project Manager who works on the project from the outset through to completion. The project managers report directly to the management team at our Clifton office.

moon's team of on-site tradesmen, predominantly with carpentry and joinery backgrounds, share our passion for high build quality and good design. The specialist sub-contractors we use have been carefully selected over the years and now form an integral part of our team.

Our office in Clifton is the hub of our business. From there, we manage the delivery of each project, liaising regularly with clients and Architects to discuss any design developments and the project programme.

Another unique aspect of moon is that we have our own joinery workshop with a full-time Workshop Manager. This gives us the opportunity to design and build our own kitchens, furniture and other cabinetry items. This capability allows us huge freedom in the design process, enabling us to deliver high quality interiors that most builders would find difficult, if not impossible to deliver. Our design input means that joinery items become an integral part of the project, rather than a bolt-on element at the end.

moon's involvement at the concept design stage enables us to really understand the costs, thereby reducing the risk of the design developing further, only to discover that it has become prohibitively expensive. We can offer a cost engineering approach, without losing the essence of the design. moon has developed a complex costing database that allows us to price work quickly and accurately.
