• moon believes passionately that the best way to run a successful project is by having the least number of parties involved. By this we mean that if a client has only to liaise with one party for the duration of the project there will be less chance for misunderstandings or misrepresentation. We will carefully and considerately take care of all aspects of the work involved, from the concept drawings, planning applications to the construction and finishing.
  • moon takes on the roles of both architect and builder, assuming full responsibility for the project. Quite simply, we have to build what we have designed and we therefore make sure it works. We can’t blame the builder. This is the reason why we take our time considering every tiny detail upfront and producing construction drawings which are second to none. We are then able to reduce any potential cost variations due to poorly communicated information or unresolved construction detailing.
  • We have a good understanding of the construction costs while we prepare the concept designs. This reduces the risk of having a project designed in full only to discover it exceeds the budget. We have taken control of projects in the past which have been designed by a third party but in practice were not able to be built within or even close to the clients’ budget. By refining the design and focusing on the features which were most important to the customer, we were able to deliver the project closer to the original budget, without the need to lose all the nice bits.
