Our workshop in St Werburghs is a key component in our ability to deliver complex architectural projects. Our workshop manager has a degree in Furniture Design and over 15 year's hands-on experience working as a bench joiner.

In the workshop we make modern kitchens, using melamine faced MDF for the carcasses and a variety of materials for the doors, such as HPL, veneered MDF, or spray lacquered MDF in either Matt or High Gloss. We can also produce solid wooden doors if required. All our coloured lacquer spraying is carried out using CNC spray equipment by a third party.

All fitted furniture and storage solutions for our projects are designed and built in our workshop, which produces a very high standard that could not be achieved on-site. We produce CAD drawings to take advantage of CNC cutting and machining for more complex projects.

Another advantage of making all the cabinet items in-house is that it reduces the cost for the client, as we do not need to sub-contract out this element and thus apply two levels of profit. It also improves the continuity of the programme.
